Year 6 is the final class in Hunwick Primary School before our fabulous pupils spread their wings and progress on to secondary school. Miss Wilkinson is our class teacher and Mrs. Oliver is our fabulous HLTA. We have an extremely busy time in Year 6.
In the Spring term, we sit our KS2 SATs so we work extremely hard and do our very best in order to reach our full potential. After having a couple of disrupted years, we will be recapping some key topics and gaining confidence as our knowledge grows.
We also have time for lots of fun activities too! In Year 6, we gain even more independence as we venture away from school on a residential trip that provides us with numerous opportunities to complete various adventurous activities.
In July, we put on a spectacular performance for our Leavers’ Assembly to say goodbye to our primary school before continuing our journey at our new schools.
